Citizens Bank & Trust has an opening for a Vice President of Employee Benefit Sales in Kansas City, Missouri. Individual will primarily be responsible for calling on and generating new sales opportunities for various employee benefit plans appropriate for Citizens Bank & Trust. The successful candidate will generate new relationships in our immediate market territories within an established fee schedule. Two of the primary solutions being sold will be 401k plans and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) will be offered and managed by this role. Competitive salary and excellent benefits available.

The Vice President of Employee Benefit Sales must have exceptional sales leadership, relationship building and management skills, working knowledge of employee benefits. Individual must be a highly self-motivated and be able to execute a disciplined sales approach on his/her own. Applicant must possess a high community profile and be available to participate in outside activities.
