To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, Citizens Bank & Trust has opted to offer drive-thru only banking services beginning Wednesday, March 18, until further notice.

We appreciate your patience with this change in service; as our drive-thru lanes may experience increased traffic. To help alleviate some of the congestion, please consider our self-banking services.

Citizens Bank & Trust: Practicing continual business with precautionary measures.

Citizens Bank & Trust is aware of recent concerns surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that we are taking necessary precautions to ensure both your health and safety.  Our team of professionals is closely monitoring these concerns as we make certain our day to day operations continue to run smoothly.

Annually, each area of the bank is asked to create a precautionary plan for any disturbance that could interrupt the regular flow of business. This extensive planning equips our employees to handle a variety of situations, including situations such as COVID-19. Currently, we remain fully operational with no disruptions impacting our services to you. 

We will continue to watch the situation closely to determine next steps and will take action as needed. As always, we are here to assist and encourage you to reach out to your banker with any concerns you may be facing regarding the impact of the virus. We will do our best to address each circumstance as they are brought to our attention.
